Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone even seeing your credit card number or information. Therefore, it is completely secure.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service.
How long will it take to receive my order?
There are different shipping options. You can choose from UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and Ground Shipping. Ground shipping usually takes 3-7 business days.
What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange it, simply email us at: support@projectorvision.com. Make sure you subject line says "returned item." Please include your order # in your email and we will contact you within 24-48 hours and take care of your return or exchange. Note: In order for your return or exchange to be honored we must receive an email from you 3-5 business days after you receive your order.
Do you take international orders?
Unfortunately at this time we only ship in the United States.
